GRREAT

How it works

One goal, from intention to next action.

Follow one goal from first idea to next step, and see how it stays clear the whole way.

A worked example

  1. Goals

What do you want, and why?

Hold a twenty-minute conversation with my grandmother in Spanish by June, so I can hear her stories in her own language.

  2. Research

What do you need to know first?

Which methods work for adults with thirty minutes a day, and whether a tutor fits the budget. Sources and open questions stay with the goal.

  3. Roadmap

    Which route will you take?

Five hundred core words by March, a weekly tutor call from April, one full practice conversation in May.

  4. Execution

    What is the next action?

Book a trial tutor session for Thursday evening. Small enough to happen this week.

  5. Analysis

What did the work teach you?

After two weeks, vocabulary drills stick but listening lags. The roadmap gains a podcast on the commute.

  6. Time

    What did it cost?

Three and a half hours this week against a plan of three. The record shows whether the goal still fits your life.

The cycle is porous. Research can change the roadmap, and analysis can reshape the goal. Every review ends with a next action a real person can take.

Two ways to run it

With your AI agent, in Markdown

The GRREAT skill keeps these records in your project as linked Markdown. Your coding agent plans with you, records the work, and resumes from the next action. No account needed.

In the GRREAT app

The app keeps your goals in one private workspace. You start by connecting an agent over MCP or RPC, which brings in your first goal. From then on you can work on it directly in the app.
